Andy Dixon	8233ddcfba	Add bounded concurrent scanner Single-writer controller with a select loop that offers jobs and accepts results simultaneously, so bounded channels cannot deadlock. statx/fstatat relative to the directory fd on Linux/macOS, portable fallback elsewhere.
