Subject: [PATCH] Disable macOS auto-capitalisation on all text inputs

Added MutationObserver in utils.js that sets autocapitalize=none,
autocorrect=off, and spellcheck=false on every input and textarea,
including dynamically created ones (profile editor, SFTP modals, etc).
