andy	0c0d9d0d32	Rewrite README to reflect current implemented feature set ... Remove outdated 'planned' and 'in progress' sections. All features (SFTP, split panes, port forwarding, jump hosts, SSH agent forwarding, session recording, encrypted export, themes, update checker, etc.) are now documented as fully implemented.
