andy b31573f8a0 Fix sidebar sections, terminal resize, and improve .gitignore 
Sidebar:
- Add -webkit-user-select: none to section headers (WebKit prefix)
- Fix class mismatches: sidebar-section-chevron → section-chevron,
  sidebar-section-count → section-count, sidebar-section-list → sidebar-list

Terminal resize:
- Poll container dimensions after creation — retry fit every 50ms
  until container has non-zero width/height (up to 20 attempts)
- Add flex: 1 and min-height: 0 to .xterm inside session-panel
  so it participates in flex layout correctly

.gitignore:
- Comprehensive rewrite covering build output, Wails bindings,
  frontend libs, IDE files, OS metadata, and application data

andy e5bfd80ae9 Add edit button to sidebar items and fix initial terminal fit 
- Add pencil edit button on each sidebar profile item (visible on hover)
- Fire fitAddon.fit() multiple times after terminal creation (50/150/400ms)
  to catch the panel finishing its CSS layout
- Re-fit terminal when session:state transitions to 'connected'

andy 61e99e9fca feat(frontend): add complete CSS design system and HTML shell 
Create the Nexus Terminal design system with dark charcoal palette,
teal accent, and premium desktop application styling:

- tokens.css: Design tokens (colours, spacing, typography, layout)
- base.css: Modern reset, scrollbar, focus, and utility styles
- components.css: Buttons, forms, badges, dropdowns, notifications,
  disclosure, search, empty state, tooltip, spinner
- layout.css: App grid shell (sidebar, tab bar, workspace, status bar)
- sidebar.css: Connection manager with sections, profile items, search
- tabs.css: Compact session tabs with status dots, protocol badges
- terminal.css: xterm.js container, RAW mode views, send bar, search
- forms.css: Profile editor sections, tag input, jump hosts, validation
- modals.css: Modal, drawer, confirmation, host key, settings dialogs
- index.html: Complete HTML shell with sidebar, tabs, workspace, status
