Packaging script fixes found while publishing 3.0.2-3 to repo.dixon.cx (verified by clean installs on Debian 12/13, Ubuntu 22.04/24.04, Fedora 42 and Arch), and an Install section in the README covering the new Homebrew cask (andydixon/tap/nexusterminal) and the apt/dnf/pacman repository.
