andy d84f3e3f10 Fix terminal left clipping — consolidate duplicate padding ...

Removed conflicting padding from layout.css and terminal.css that
stacked to ~11px. Now a single 3px top+left padding is applied
directly on the .xterm element, keeping text visible and tidy.
