Flipper Blue++ turns the Flipper Zero's Bluetooth radio into a full BLE
platform (observer + central + GATT client) and ships ten apps that use it:
BT Inspector, BLE HID Host, Sensor Dashboard, Tracker Detector, GATT Fuzzer,
Beacon Toolkit, GATT Server, Sub-GHz Scanner, Sub-GHz Spectrum and Battery
Health. See the README for what
    each app does.

Updated 2026-09-11. Scanning and connecting are confirmed working on
hardware. This build includes: the option-byte install fix ("Uncorr. value
mismatch #[8-93]"), scanning/connecting via the ACI GAP procedures, a fix for
Back being trapped on the "Connecting..." popup, text-layout fixes across the
apps, distinct app icons, a Tracker Detector crash fix, scan lists ordered by
discovery (they no longer jump around), and automatic device-name resolution
    over GATT in BT Inspector.

⚠️ Pre-release. BLE scan/connect and the BT Inspector flow are exercised on
hardware; the other apps are built and reviewed but not all fully tested.
Installing replaces your firmware and the Bluetooth radio stack — back up
your Flipper (qFlipper > backup) first. If an install ever aborts, the device
boots back into its previous firmware (the app firmware is written last).

    Downloads

    • flipper-bluepp-0.1-update-f7.tgz — full update package (firmware + full
BLE radio stack + all apps). This is what you install.
    • flipper-bluepp-0.1-apps.zip — just the ten .fap files, for people
already on this firmware who only want to refresh the apps
(copy to SD:/apps/Bluetooth/, sub-GHz ones to SD:/apps/Sub-GHz/, Battery
      Health to SD:/apps/Tools/).

    Install

With qFlipper: unpack the .tgz and use Install from file on the
update.fuf inside f7-update-local/. From the SD card: copy the
f7-update-local/ folder to SD:/update/ and run its update.fuf from the
Flipper's file browser. To go back, install any official firmware the same way.

    Identifying a device

In BT Inspector: press OK on a connectable device, OK again to Connect (its real
name is resolved automatically), then pick "Read device info" for model/serial/
    revisions/manufacturer/battery.

    Notes

    • Built from official firmware 1.4.3 with the full ST BLE stack, the BLE
command API exported to apps (BLE_API=all), selected firmware internals, and
      the sub-GHz region gate removed.
    • The sub-GHz region unlock allows transmit on any frequency the CC1101 can
tune. Transmitting outside the frequencies and power levels allocated to you
may be illegal where you live — for research and authorised testing only.
    • Licensed GPL-3.0-or-later, matching the Flipper firmware it builds on.
