Crash (Fatal Error / reboot): tick() ran on the furi timer-service thread
(small stack) with a ~3.8 KB BcDevice snapshot array as a stack local,
overflowing the stack. Move the snapshot buffer into the App struct and run
tick on the GUI thread via a view-dispatcher custom event, matching the other
apps. Also drop the per-tick RSSI re-sort so the tracker list stays in
discovery order (its db is already appended in that order).
