After connecting and discovering services, if the device advertised no name,
read the GAP Device Name characteristic (0x2A00) and store it, so the device
page and service-list header show the real name instead of "(no name)".
Runs once on the worker thread right after service discovery, reusing the
existing read path; skipped when an advertised name is already present.
